He’s simply on fire

I think Paulie likes being under the radar. That is just how he conducts his business. A true professional baseball player. The guy did hit a grand slam in the World Series, however, how under the radar can he be?

Paul Konerko will make the Hall of Fame. I think that the White Sox will give him a nice extension, as Konerko just said how proud he is of playing so long for the same team. Playing out the rest of his career in the extremely favorable home run conditions at the Cell, Konerko will hit his 500th home run sometime during the 2014 season and essentially lock up his HoF induction after continuing to hit dingers as a DH player-manager into his lower 40′s. The crystal ball is working today.

The White Sox have scored 38 runs in their last 4 games. and there is still 1 inning left in this one. Thanks to almost everyone in the lineup hitting well, and guys like Dunn, Konerko, Pierzynski, and Viciedo just lighting it up, it makes the White Sox the team to beat in the AL Central at this time. After today, the run differential for the White Sox will be the only positive one, and a damn good positive one too, likely +22 if the score stays the same. I think that the bottom will surely fall out on the Indians, and the Tigers are probably going to start hitting a lot better. However, the White Sox truly are the team to beat, as they have played the best baseball up to this point. They’ve endured many blown games, close losses, and extra inning losses. They’re playing, by a decent margin, the best baseball in the AL Central.

Title says it all, White sox have a 134-122 run differential heading into today, the only team with a positive one. Sale is back in the starting rotation, look out.
